Northeast Flex Kapton™ heaters are manufactured from resistive etched foils. The etched circuit design pattern is bonded between two layers of insulating material.

Northeast Flex can fabricate your heaters to a multitude of shapes, sizes and wattage.

Kapton™ heaters are thin and light weight with excellent dielectric strength. Kapton™ heaters are preferred for applications where space and weight limitations exist.

Northeast Flex designs these heaters with distributed wattage, eliminating the need for edge loss compensation.

A wide variety of control methods may be utilized depending on your application. Heaters can be supplied with thermistors, thermostats, thermal fuses and thermocouples. Northeast Flex will assemble the heater to your application through the use of pressure sensitive adhesives and silicone self fusing tapes. Fasteners, clamps, ties or springs are also available.
